Black Student Achievement Program (BSAP)

The Black Student Achievement Program (BSAP) assists HCPSS with implementing the Bridge to Excellence Five-Year Master Plan and achieving the goal of closing the achievement gap evident in the patterns data as it relates to black students. BSAP of the secondary level assists middle and high school black students with meeting identified educational, career and personal/social competencies.

The ultimate outcome is for black students to be prepared to excel as leaders ready to conquer the challenges of the 21st century.
